It is recommended that this UniJack be installed with a 10mm clearance between the floor and castor to ensure that the foot pedal is at its most efficient travel and lift position.
This also creates a ground clearance of 24mm for the moving item.
 
If lightweight pieces are to be moved, then clearance may be reduced to give more lift.
