How to apply NEC Tape
A clean surface is key when applying NEC tape. Remove dust, oil and other contaminants from the surface before applying, this will help the adhesive get a good 'bite'.
Apply NEC tape to the floor area first. Apply pressure all along the tape as you stick it down; this will help it adhere to the surface. Once the tape is in place, remove the backing liner and lay your floor covering over the top. Again, apply pressure to help the tape get a secure hold on both surfaces.
